Yes, as en employee of Herforder Personal, you will be given full-time employment contracts that confer the same rights as those of other firms. We comply with union rates of pay. Working for our clients at their premises, you will get the full range of benefits such as sick pay and holiday pay. We aim to provide you with long-term employment, but fixed-term contracts are also an option.

Sector supplements are pay increments that depend on the industry you are working in. They currently apply for sectors such as: metal working and electronics; textiles and clothing; wood and plastics processing; chemicals; rubber; paper and cardboard; print; rail; and potash and rock salt mining.



The supplements you receive are based on the number of hours you work at the client's premises.



This rate adjustment means that your hourly remuneration rate can be up to 90% of the core worker rate.



After nine or 15 months, equal pay comes into effect.



With some of our clients, we negotiate the option for our workers to be taken on full time. So after 18 months, you will have an increased chance of being offered a permanent position.

Just as with any other employer, your salary will continue to be paid if your are ill or take a holiday.

It can sometimes happen that you'll experience a short gap between assignments. For this reason, many employment agencies operate a system of timesheets so that your salary will continue to be paid as normal.

Since 2017 the maximum duration of placement has been 18 months, although union agreements in certain client companies may allow for a maximum of 48 months.

No problem. Even if it means we lose you, we are always happy to see our workers make the most of their options. Also, this is a good way of testing whether the position is a good fit for you. And if it turns out it's not what you were expecting, you can always come back to us.
